Neighborhood Vision
The Carr Square Neighborhood vision is to preserve the history of its neighborhood while protecting the rights of residents, children, seniors, and community stakeholders. Our community has a legacy of leadership for those who are often forgotten about and we would encourage all past and present Carr Square/Pruitt Igoe residents to join us in preserving our history of our neighborhoods.
